Can I major in neuroscience to become a neuropharmacologist?

I'm interested in becoming a doctor of some sort, possibly a dermatologist ( I know doesn't really relate to neuroscience but it's what I'm interested in!). In the case that I don't make it into medical school my back up is pharmacology, specializing in neuropharmacology. My plan would be to get my bachlor's in neuroscience, then my master's, and then my possibly my doctorate. My question is, can I major in neuroscience to become a neuropharmacologist or would I have to major in pharmacology? Also would it be better to just go bachlor's, master's, and then doctorate in pharmacology or could I get my bachlor's and masters in neuroscience and then get my doctorate of pharmacology? Thanks!
