So I moved from the United States to a different country at the end of my freshmen year, even though I was supposed to move earlier. I didn’t do so well, because I was always under the assumption we were moving soon, but it kept getting postponed. So now, my new school has a completely different GPA system than the US. So they wont include my freshmen year grades on my transcript. So I was wondering that when I apply to colleges in my senior year, do I have to include a separate transcript from my previous school. I didn’t do well at all, even though I could have. Now in tenth grade I have straight A’s and a lot of extracurriculars, it was just that during this time I was very confused.
They will want a transcript from your first school.
Yes. Whether a particular college puts much/any weight to fresh, man grades is another question, but you will need to send in the transcript.
