is this possible for the winter quarter? i have a parking pass but it is so far from hitch.(at the bottom of the hill)

nope.

sorry.

you're lucky you even got one, so dont push your luck. if you dont want it i'll take it off your hands :D

I have a parking permit for Sunset Village. But I rarely used it. I kinda wanna sell it, because I always ended up paying 8 bucks in lot 4, almost everyday in this quarter.

yeah well its pretty amazing you got a parking pass as a first year living on campus.

i thought you couldn't resell parking passes

You can't. If caught you could get in serious, serious trouble. Don't risk it.

And yeah. A far away parking spot is better than no spot at all. Really.

shirley- sunset village parking is like a 5 minute walk from lot 4. I don't understand why you'd pay extra when you already have a pass.

I ain't live on campus. I commuted from East LA during the first 3 weeks and now commute from WLA area. SV is about 15-20 minutes from Young Hall, and I always use Royce Hall exit when I parked in Lot 4. It's so much shorter. Although I live in WLA, I don't why I still need more than 30 mins to the campus. Actually my home is just 2 freeway exits from Sunset Blvd. Because I had morning course, and I'm lazy, so I'm willing to pay 8 bucks for parking in lot 4. Next time, I'll sell the whole-day tickets to earn some money back. :D

lol...sheesh.

lol. 2nd that.

Someone once told me that the more book smart you get, the less common sense you'll retain. Just a thought.

lawl. what a wise, wise comment.

um. yeah.

agree

at least turn in your permit to 1) get money back and 2) give your space to someone who would actually use it.

i don't think they do money back- do they?

it seems you can do refunds, but the refunds may not be in full...

well then thats definitely something to consider.

i'd never ever give mine up, though.

yeah, i think refunds are pro-rated or something like that. but hey better than getting nothing when you're paying $8 a day for parking....

yup, they're prorated.
