Can I send in my Applications/Supplements on the day of?

<p>The colleges I'm applying to have a due date/deadline date of January 1st.
Does that mean I can still apply to them on Jan 1st? Or does it HAVE to be in before Jan 1 12:00:00 AM? Thanks!</p>

<p>I’m almost positive that the deadline date refers to the last date you can submit your application, not the date that they stop accepting applications.</p>

<p>A January 1st deadline means that you have until January 1st at 11:59 PM.</p>
