Can I skip 3 Math questions and still crack 700?

I just took the October SAT and found some of the math questions to be very difficult, while others to be extremely easy. I didn't want to guess on anything that I was unsure of (for fear of penalization), and I ended up running out of time for two questions, so I ended up altogether skipping 3.

Is it still possible to achieve a (relatively) high score on the Math section?

I was kind of nervous throughout the exam because all I could think of was “this is the last SAT I can take before applying and this test determines my entire future”

I had -3 last spring and received a 740. So yeah, if you got everything else right you are looking good.

I don’t think so. I wouldn’t understand anyway because I am a math and science nerd.

@INGENIOUSjamesM No need to be rude. Some people are stronger in other areas than Science/Math. If we were all engineers and doctors, then there wouldn’t be any art on the walls or poetry to read!

-1 Wrong and 2 Blank

got me a 720 :(

3 Wrong was also a 720.

As long you nailed the others you should be fine
