Can I still change my mind?!?

Haha and it's kind of funny actually - I completely blew off MIT during the entire admissions process; I didn't even apply - partly out of rebellion to my parents and partly out of my genuine lack of desire to go to a tech school - but right now I'm doing my senior internship there and I really regret not applying. It really seems like such an awesome place. If you truly love the sciences, and only the sciences, I can't think of a better place to go. Even working there as slave labor has given me that sense... I guess it's my curse that I'm so torn between humanities and sciences that I need a liberal arts education.

Also, the party scene at MIT is way more wild than at Princeton - I don't know if you prefer a lack of partying or Greek-based partying or just extreme partying.

@ echang:

MIT party scene > Princeton party scene?

Did I read that right?

Lol dontno you've obviously never been to an MIT party. They are like the most popular of all the colleges in Boston. It's sort of weird that that would be true. I mean most people think MIT is geeky etc... but regardless the fact remains.

So, were you able to change you decision? What did the Admissions Office say?

cardigan, any outcome on this?
