Can I still transfer to TOP business schools at this point or I should just stay?

I'm currently a sophomore and will be a junior in this fall at University of Missouri-Columbia. I have taken many AP classes in high school so my class status is already a senior with 92 credits. My current major is accounting/finance. Our school's accounting is top 20 in the nation. I'm thinking to do a double major in BS Econ as I have taken many math classes up till diff Q. I did almost two years of biochemical engineering before I switched into business school. It gave me a chem minor, bio minor and math minor. I just found business is more right for me. My current GPA is 3.5 due to heavy damages by engineering and hard science classes. I'm very involved with many clubs and organizations. I hold VP roles in 2 clubs. I also own a real-estate investment business. Plus I'm an international student from China.

I just do not like Missouri as I have very little chance for high-level networking and business opportunities. I plan to work in the East and West Coast. Also, I would like to go to top MBA programs like Upenn and Harvard... I'm really wanting to transfer but don't know if I could any more. The majority of elite business schools has closed their fall 2013 transfer application.

Please help me out. Should I transfer or should I stay? What are my chances for getting into top MBA programs?

Can someone give me an opinion on this? Thanks

You might consider asking on the Business Major or MBA forum.

It’s a little late for tranfer without losing a lot of credits.

Are you interning this summer?

Top MBA programs will be looking at GPA, GMAT & work experience.

Perhaps your real estate business is sufficient experience. You should go to your career services office for advice.

realize that elite MBA programs do not generally take students straight out of undergrad; they generally prefer to see a few years of solid career work experience first, because it so greatly enhances the classroom experience.

You should have no problem getting good job coming out of Missouri; students do it all the time, all the top accounting firms, etc., interview on campus.

Will your immigration status have any impact on your getting a job in the US?

ok yes indeed my immigration status has a big limitation on my job outlooks… ummm many firms tend to hire locals and most of these firms are from Missouri… What would be a good way to get to firms in West/East Coast?
