Can I submit half of an ACT score report?

Let me explain. So I’m applying for the QuestBridge college match scholarship. I did poorly on my first ACT with a 29, so I’m gonna retake it in September. It says most ACT multiple choice scores will come out September 21. However, the ACT writing score will come out two weeks after my ACT writing score comes out.

The Questbridge application is due on September 27. So I will hopefully have time to send in my multiple choice score, but definitely not my writing score. If I take the ACT with writing, can I send in a score report which only has my multiple choice ACT score on it? Or will I not be able to send the score report without the ACT writing score on it as well?

If you’re asking why I don’t just take the normal ACT without writing, the answer is that Questbridge is a longshot for me to actually get a scholarship. So I want to take the ACT with writing for the (probable) case that I do not get the QB scholarship, and have to apply via regular decision.

I already took an ACT w/ writing in June, so I can submit that to the colleges in my QB app to cover it if there’s an ACT w/ writing requirement.

So the question is, can I submit my ACT score report with only the MC score and without the writing score if it’s a ACT w/ writing test?

Also, the QB site says this: “Please note that you should submit an unofficial score report. Please do NOT send QuestBridge your official scores directly from the test agencies. Alternatively, your counselor can upload your test score report when submitting your Secondary School Report.”

So I don;t have to use the ACT site to send a score report, I would just upload it myself.

No, you cannot send only your multiple choice scores if you took it with writing. I wanted to do the same because I had great MC scores but my writing wasn’t too good. Btw, why would you consider a 29 to be “poor?” It’s an excellent score, you should be proud of yourself.
