<p>You can mail the recommendation to the admissions office. As for the speech, I’m not exactly sure. You should check the Princeton website to see what types of media they accept as an art supplement. I used the art supplement to submit a music recording, and they might be interested in your speech.</p>
<p>If your “speech” was for an Intel or Seimens project – then yes, make note of it on your application and give the Admissions Committee a link to a YouTube video. However, if it is a Speech and Debate oratory, I would definitely not send it, as the speech will not add intellectual-firepower to your application. Above all, remember Princeton is an academic institution.</p>
