If so, please explain where and how?

If your religion forbids you from taking it on Saturday and you have your religious leader confirm this. Otherwise, don't even try.

what if you have a religous activity...is that forbidding?

From the CB: "Sunday testing is only available if you cannot test on Saturday due to a religious observance." To register, you must submit a "written explanation from your clergy". Email or call CB if you still have questions.

If you can get a letter I would say your all set. My guess is that the college board is not going to scrutinize your religous observance any more than simply verifing the letter exsists.

i would say that if you've ever taken an SAT on a saturday before, it won't work

Why not call the College Board and ask them? Make sure you get to the right department...the generic phone staff aren't usually all that well informed of special case policy.
