I want to know can undergraduates take courses at different schools at Stanford. For example, if I major in political science, can I take courses at the Economics Department?

Yes. You can take any course you want, provided you meet the prerequisites. You can even take courses from some of the graduate schools, too.

docketgold, is the Graduate School of Business one of the grad schools you can take classes in as an undergrad?

Also, is there an interdisciplinary program for undergrads that either works with the GSB or crosses a business-related field with something else?

Yes, you can take some of the classes offered by the GSB.

Here's a list of courses taught outside of the GSB, but by GSB faculty: MBA & Sloan Elective Courses: Stanford GSB

There's also a list of classes that are in the GSB open to enrollment by undergrads, but I can't find it. I know you can do it, though, because I've done it myself.

As for the program, not really. I mean, I'm sure you could try and work under a GSB prof or something, but there's not really an interdisciplinary program for business-related fields, I mean, aside from getting a job.
