Hello:)

I want to ask if I can transfer to Emory without SAT/ACT scores..

Since I didn't graduate from American high school, I don't have SAT/ACT scores yet..
But I have a green card so I'm not an international student
(So I don't have to take TOEFL).

Anyway, one of the required application materials for transfer students is:
Standardized Test Scores - ACT or SAT (required if student has less than two semesters of college work completed)

It says "required if student has less than two semesters of college work completed."

I'm a sophomore now, so I've taken classes during 3 full semesters and 1 summer semester.

So, does it mean I don't have to submit SAT/ACT scores?

Or if I don't have to, does it affect success or failure if I don't turn in SAT/ACT scores?

Please tell me in detail...
