<p>I’m almost positive you can, because I know someone that is international and got good finaid, and the process is usually not that different for ED. The only problem is that you might not get the amount you want with ED. Good luck!</p>

<p>I read that some colleges had to scale back the number of admitted students who needed financial aid. They felt that they could afford to have too many students that needed financial aid.</p>
<p>Yes, Williams is need blind, even for internationals, and so they can get finaid. A lot of need aware schools don’t give finaid/admit mostly internationals that can pay in full.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, commserver is right about less finaid needed students being admitted. Williams is about 50/50 finaid needed/not needed right now, so it’s a good balance, I think.</p>
