I am an international senior student. When registering Oct 28th ACT test, I requested the ACT test center to send my Oct ACT score to colleges I am applying under ED1 (deadline: Nov 15) and EA (deadline: Dec 1) as those schools stated one their webpage that they accept Nov test scores. However, until now I haven’t received my Oct ACT score report yet, and of course, the schools I am applying haven’t received it yet. Therefore, one week ago, I requested the ACT test center to send my June ACT scores to the colleges I am applying, but when I filled in the information of credit card and submitted for payment, a message appeared on my computer screen that that credit card can not be authorized and ask me to try or use another credit card, though almost at that time, I received a message from the bank where the credit card was issued, stating that the credit card had been used to pay $13 at IOWA CITY US. I asked the bank about the problem, they said that my credit card is currently still okay with payment online, the problem may come from the ACT’s system at that time, so next day, I tried again, the same problem occurred, then I kept using 4 other credit cards of my relative members to pay, but the same problem still occurred. All of those cards were used to pay for my ACT tests before, and even now, those cards are still used to pay for my SAT and TOEFL score sending requests without any problem.
I called ACT Customer Care act-reg@act.org but only auto-machine replied that noone is available. I sent out the form: http://www.actstudent.org/forms and emailed ACT Customer Engagement Team sf_noreply@act.org, but just received the auto message “We have received your inquiry and will respond as soon as possible.” but I haven’t heard from them yet./sf_noreply@act.org
I am very worried now as the schools/scholarships I am applying requested to have my required score reports by Dec 1.
Are there anyone here with the same problem? Could you please advise me what to do?
