Can Recommendation Be turned in after deadline?

<p>Can one of my teacher recommendations be turned in after the deadline? (Everything else will be on time)</p>

<p>Yes. But try to get it in as early as possible. If it's going to be very late, have your teacher notify the admissions office.</p>

<p>I am 99% confident that it is fine if teacher recs are late because colleges know that they are sometimes out of your control, especially if it is the teacher that is mailing them. My hs counselor confirmed this also.</p>

<p>i'd say 1 week is fine, 2 may be pushing it. contact your school asap</p>

<p>Shouldn't be a problem. Try to get it in ASAP, but most colleges give a little leeway with the things over which you have no control.</p>
