To beef up my resume in hopes of transferring to a selective school, I plan on (re)/taking SAT ST’s in Spanish, US History, and Literature.
As far as Lit. ST, I enjoy literature and do well in it.
But for History, I passed U.S. History (pre 1877) with an A, and I wonder if it would look bad to admissions if I then take a Subject Test in that area.
Also, I speak Spanish fluently, and according to Harvard’s website (merely as a point of reference, since they are among the most selective), taking a language Subject Test in a mother tongue is NOT looked down upon, and actually very encouraged.
What do you guys think? Will taking a History Subject Test after taking history in college look weird?
How does my collective SAT Subject Test battery look?
Other than just naming every subject, what else should I take, if anything?
