I just got my mid semester report and I have all A’s accept for one C. I got a C on the first exam so that’s the grade my professor put in. I have to now choose whether I want to withdraw or not in the next week because thats when the withdrawal deadline is. I do not want to withdraw if it is still very possible that I can get at least a B+… My class grading system, along with what the grades I have already received or will almost certainly get go as follows
Visual analysis paper : 5% A- (received)
Exam 1 : 15 % C (Received)
Exam 2 : 20%
Final Exam : 30%
Reading Summaries (19 summaries): 19% (1 % per summary) B+ to A- (What I’ve pretty much gotten so far 10 summaries in)
Class Participation/Attendance: 11% A(Certain)
Does any body know how to calculate what kinds of grades I would need to get a B,B+,A-, or A
Thanks
