Ok so, I dididnt et into any of the colleges I wanted to go to. After some research i stumbled upon the Cornell transfer option. From what I’ve read, the transfer agreement is only applicable to applicants who didn’t get accepted for the freshman class. I live in California and I want to do community college then transfer to either a UC or a good private school. I like the east coast and Im familiar with the general area. My family has money so paying for Conell wouldn’t be an issue. What are the best/easiest ways to transfer into Cornell?
The Guaranteed Transfer option is not something you can request, it is something Cornell offers to selected (by Cornell) freshman applicants, at Cornell’s discretion.
The best/easiest way to transfer into Cornell is to get extremely high grades at your college, taking a demanding course schedule, provide a compelling reason for transfer in your essays, and apply to a specific college and major at Cornell that is one that is relatively easy to get into. But then that’s the major you will have so you’d better want it.
