<p>The answer is correct, it is describing two things, so we use a present tense construction.</p>
<p>An example is like:</p>
<p>The experts predict a Super Bowl outcome as shocking as last year's.</p>
<p>There is a phantom "that is" that's understood. We don't say, that will be.</p>
