Soccer is a class at my school and so far u did 1yr Jv 1yr varsify. Also 4years languafe and 2years sports looks better or 3 years language and 3ysars sports?

What is your intended major? What other AP classes have you taken? Have you taken Calc and at least 2 out of the 3 science classes (chem, bio, physics)?

Yes i took ap calc ab exam and i took chem honors and bio. Im planning on majoring in accounting

What is the average # of AP classes top student’s at your HS take? That will be the determing factor for the UC’s, since they consider course rigor. How many AP classes are available at your HS?

Looking at your schedule, you seem a little “light” on your course rigor. No AP World History or US History?? Which UC’s are you targeting since only a few UC’s offer accounting?

I would go with schedule 1. Sport often isn’t considered a class whereas foreign language is considered a “core class” for the UCs. In addition, unless you’re trying to be recruited for varsity (which it doesn’t sound like you are), sports are treated just like another EC. Chinese 4H is definitely a stronger class than varsity soccer.

Yes, Chinese 4H is a core class but are you a native speaker? If may not hold much weight, if you are. Also, I do not know what kind of EC’s you have, but showing consistency along with a Varsity position may be just as valuable. Both schedules look fine to me, so since it is your Senior year, enjoy and do what will make you happy.
