Can knowledge be a burden rather than a benefit?

If we take a look around ourselves, we can see that we are surrounded by things which didn't exist forty or even thrity years ago and nobody cared about their existence at that time but now they are vital equipments which living without them is a little hard for some of us. If we compare today with forty years ago, we cansee how much the world has changed in different areas from entertainment to medical, from communication to industry. It is obvious how the improvement of knowledge has been effective for us.

One example of the importance and benefits of knowledge in our life is advances in technology especially in computer science and programming. These days we can see how people communicate with earch other by using devices and applications such as laptops, phones and applications like skype and google talk and talk to each other easily from long distances. It's a nenefit for all people especialy students and their families. For example, if a student lives in Europe and his family lives in Asia, it's really a great chance for them to see and talk to each other everyday through these devices and applications.

Another example of the benefits of knowledge in our life is the advances of knowledge in the medical field. For instance, nowdays we can see osme of the terminal cancers such as breast cancer easily cured if they are diagnosed in a proper time. It is really a miracle for cancer patients that their supposed terrible and stressful illness now is curable.

Considering the above examples, we can see how knowldege has affected our lives in a positive way however always there are some people who misuse it.

End

Again guys, please keep in mind that this girl has been learning english from a foreign country. Therefore, in addition to all the grammar problems, what do you reccommend for her? Thanks so much for your time!
