Can someone please chance a B-average student

I will be applying to schools this coming fall and don't quite know where I will or will not get in. So your help and opinions will be greatly appreciated =]

I have participated in
Key Club- president
Student Government- vice president
Law Club
International Club- 3 years
Worked with children that were learning English as their second language for one year.

Gpa
9th grade- 82
10th grade - 78 (This is embarassing.. but something was going on that year)
11th grade- 95, two honors classes

Sat scores
Math- 480
Critical Reading- 500
Writing- 530

Next year I will be taking Ap Bio, Honors English.

What are my chances at these schools..(I'm from NY)

Arizona State
Indiana, Bloomington
Pace University
University of Colorado
University of Wisconsin
University of Tampa
Coastal Carolina
Florida Atlantic
Suny Buffalo

Besides Wisconsin Decent shot at all your schools.

I got WL @ IU with a 3.34 and 1700s on the SATs.

You're probably in good shape for FAU.

bump pleasee

Decent chances for FAU and U Tampa

Some suggestions: try retaking the SATs (if you haven't already). Also, be sure to explain in your application what happened during your sophomore year. If you have a good reason for what went wrong, your GPA and grades will look much better to the admissions officers because other than that one year you look pretty good from that perspective.

Chances on a scale of: high reach, reach, semi-reach, good fit, likely, safety.

Arizona State University... SEMI-REACH.
Indiana University, Bloomington... SEMI-REACH.
Pace University... GOOD FIT.
University of Colorado... SEMI-REACH.
University of Wisconsin... HIGH REACH.
University of Tampa... GOOD FIT.
Coastal Carolina University... GOOD FIT.
Florida Atlantic University... LIKELY.
SUNY Buffalo... SEMI-REACH.
