<p>Because I live in Eastern Central Time, and because today, March 1st, is a Saturday, does that mean from this statement: "When the published deadline falls on a weekend, the ApplyTexas application remains open until midnight (Central time) on the following Monday.", I have until Tuesday at 1AM to submit my application?</p>
