Can someone please tell me what this mean?! (HELP!)

<p>Ok I would like to apply to Smeal School of Business as a two year transfer but it says this on the site.</p>

<p>So does this mean I can't go there as a two-year transfer? Can someone please explain? </p>

<p>That is what it appears to mean. You may have to find another school or change your major.</p>

<p>PSU has so many other campuses...you may want to look at those and see if they're accepting transfers because it looks like you just looked at University Park there.</p>

<p>so wait, Smeal has more than one location? o.O</p>

<p>Upon our visit it was explained that you cannot transfer in from another school into Smeal. If you attend one of Penn State's other campuses you can, but if you are coming from outside the "network" you cannot.</p>
