Can someone recommend me match schools to apply to?

I'm hoping to get into Georgetown (the college) but I know my chances are slim. I'm also looking at American and George Washington. Could anyone name some schools that I would be a match for? I'm interested in psychology, political science, Russian, and ROTC (either on campus or cross-town).

Weighted GPA: 3.91
SAT I: 2150 total, but 680M + 700CR + 770W + 12 essay. Will be retaking in October
SAT IIs: US History: ??, Latin: ?? -- I'll be taking some more in November. I'm guessing a 700+ for both of those SAT IIs but who knows
APs: APUSH - almost certain I got a 5. AP Lit - almost certain I got a 5. AP Calc BC - eh... almost certain I passed? haha
Senior courseload: AP English, AP Euro, AP Latin, AP Bio, Russian language independent study (I will be teaching myself an accelerated year of UCLA's Russian program). This schedule, at my school, will be either very rigorous or most rigorous.
I am a female Pacific Islander, if that helps/hurts any.

Piano for 8 years -- recitals, practice, been paid a few times to provide background music for parties, various performances
Guitar for 5 years -- practice, 2 rock bands
School orchestra: 9/10/11/12. I play guitar, piano, drums, and occasionally write arrangements
New World Youth Jazz Orchestra: 10
Tutoring at an underprivileged school: 9/10 (~80 hours)
Tutoring Latin at my school: 11/12
volunteering as a lobby pianist at Kaiser hospital: 11/12 (~150 hours)
Summer 2011: internship writing articles for a youthology/parenting site. This may extend into paid work or a continued internship during my senior year.

My main essay and my recommendations will all be very strong, I expect.

Hmmm… Well I know UMich has a pretty good political science program and offers Russian studies. Your stats seem on par, it’s just a matter of liking the school. All the UC schools have excellent political science as well, but those are very difficult to get into from out of state. (I’m assuming you are?) UNC also has a strong political science program, and offers Russian, though not too advanced.
Hope that helps!

I’m from California, actually. And thanks for the input, I’ll look into those schools!

Anyone else?
