Can the Pogue Scholarship be submitted online?

<p>I just realized the school needs to HAVE the application by the 5th, not postmark, so I'm afraid it's not going to get there on time.... does anyone know if there's a way to email your forms or something?</p>

<p>hey... you need to go to the post office immediately and express mail it.... they need it by the 5th and if it's late they won't consider it.... says so on the application form... lo siento....</p>
