Can this become a serious problem for me?

Okay, so I’m a PCB student(CBSE) and I want to pursue my bachelor’s from the US with Biology as my major. My grades are:
9th- 9.8 cgpa
10th- 10 cgpa
11th- 85%
12- I expect 92-94% (I’m taking a gap year)
Clearly, my grades fell after 10th grade BUT the thing is, the percentage fell because of physics. I’m not gonna lie, it was completely my fault and ignorance. It isn’t like I hate physics or anything. Even in my 12th boards, I’m hoping to score 95+ in the other 4 subjects but 75-80 in Physics.

1)I was wondering if this is going to cause big trouble for me? I’ll also be requesting financial aid so there’s that.
2)Also, If I take SAT II for physics and score well, will that make up for it?( I haven’t taken it yet but I’ve been studying physics a lot lately)
3)Should I mention any excuse for not scoring well in just one subject in my application?
I have pretty good ECs and pretty decent SAT score.

I really don’t think it will be much of a problem , the majority of science students at my school do have take a hit in 11th and your drop wasn’t as bad as compared to others . Nonetheless you should still give a reason for any sort of drop in grades .

Alright, thank you for the help!
