Chance me for:
NYU Stern-ED2
Boston College
Brandeis
Carnegie Mellon
Colby
Emory
Lehigh
Villanova

I will Chance you back!

No. Your GPA is way too low.

I only really know about NYU, BC, CMU, Emory, and Villanova and they pretty much look exclusively for people top 10% in their class for unhooked applicants. You are far away from that.

I always thought that business accomplishments would help, even unhooked…

NYU-Stern: Reach
BC-Carroll: Reach
Brandeis: Reach
CMU: Reach
Colby: Reach
Emory: High match
Lehigh: Match
Villanova: Match

Try Babson unless the deadline for Babson has passed.

Hi all thanks for the responses!
I have already been accepted to Babson and Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Basically what Catria said, your GPA is killing you. If you have already been accepted into some schools and are happy with them go ahead and apply to reaches and see what happens…

Yeah my gpa really is a killer. I do have an upward trend. Senior Year my gpa so far is about a 3.5

That isn’t much of an upward trend lol. That’s like a B+ average…

I’m not going to revise chances for that one factor…

If your gpa rises most likely you might have a chance, just make everything look pitch perfect.

Well i go to one of the top public schools in math and sciences in the nation so my gpa is always lowered by those two classes.

Top “PUBLIC” school. And how are these PUBLIC schools ranked?

What is your class rank (a high class rank could compensate a bit for the GPA)? Also a GPA improvement of .2 in your senior year is not going to help you.

Hi Guys,
thanks for all the feedback! Lehigh and Villanova are my #2 and #3 options, could you guys give me my chances at those two schools?

thanks a lot

Caltria is right on this one. Though if your essays/recs are extremely convincing, you might be able to get into the reaches.

Hey Catria, considering all other things go well for me besides GPA, do you think NYU Stern is reachable for me in ED 2?
