Can you chance me for Cornell ED or HEOP please?

<p>Hi guys, first time posting on CC.
I have finalized every application material for the Civil Engineering at the College of Engineering. However I don't know should I apply through Early Decision or HEOP through regular admission. I learned that ED is highly competitive but can allow me reveal commitment and loyalty.</p>

First generation college student</p>

<p>Gpa: 94.1% weighted, 90.4% unweighted.
Sat: Reading:550 Math:750 (yes, very low. I retook it and scores will come out next week. Estimate: Reading:600 Math:770)
Sat IIs: Math Level 2:800 Chemistry:780 Physics: taking it in November
Ap courses taken/ taking: AP chemistry(5) AP physics C AP calculus BC</p>

1. Science Club (10-12) President
2. Math Team (11-12) Vice President
3. JV Baseball (10) (quit because I have to work to help my family)
4. Guitar Ensemble(10-12)</p>

1. 2014 Summer Manhattan College Summer Program for Minority and Women High School Students in Engineering and Science
2. 2014-2015 ACE (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) Mentor Program (work on a project on the reconstruction of Governor's Island at Stantec Inc. with 7 participants during school year)</p>

<p>Employment:
1.Work as clerk and translator in an company that helps customers on governmental documents
2.50 hours of community service at a tutoring company.</p>
