<p>I'm starting to try it. The coffee particles just dissolve on my tongue. The caffeine should hae the same effect, I'm guessing, seeing that caffeine isn't heat-sensitive or anything. Anything unhealthy with it? Why do we pour boiling water onto coffee anyways? Is it just for taste or what?</p>
