Frog Legs...Yuuummmm!

I haven't tried them yet, but I want to. But it's pretty difficult to get cuisine or any sort of ethnic food around here.
But since frog dissection is part of my practical zoology course in college, it's pretty easy for me to get some to cook, lol :)
but do I need a certain type or species of frog, or will anything do? and what's the recipe?

lol I grosses me out just to think about eating them!! But I like to think of myself as adventurous, and since I'm too chicken to jump off a cliff, I'll stick to eating disgusting food :)

It's not disgusting food, unless of course you don't choose what you digest. I am almost sure that the ones they cook and sell in my country are of some particular species. I mean they're not just brownish green balls of mud you can collect from any pond.

I was tricked into trying frog legs. They taste exactly like chicken. The only downside is that they have tons and tons of bones.

so would a Bufo Regularis (Egyptian Toad) work? bec. it's the only one I can get...
