can you get into a good collage( NYU Columbia Stanford etc.) with a GED and a good SAT score 2100+ ?

i went to high school but i cant get a hold of my high school diploma its a LONG story i just want to know my chances of getting into a good collage with a ged if i have a good SAT score. can having a good score make up for having a GED?
