can you go to a graduate Business School with a degree like sociology?

Yes. The most important things are your college GPA and your work experience. If you have a high GPA in sociology, and you've worked for 3ish years (good work, being promoted in many cases etc.) then you definitely have a chance at top business schools

dont they require testing, like for law school = LSAT?

yeah the GMAT, but it has nothing to do with business.

Yes, you have to take the GMAT, which I admit I am not very familiar with. You can prepare for it though, I'm sure

Major really doesn't matter. Grades matter but are not too important. In fact, Business schools are looking for career progression and accomplishment. You can't fill an entire business school class with Ibankers/consultants because there wouldn't be much diversity of opinions when you break into group discussions.
