Can you help me?

Hey,

I'm a psych major, going for a 4 years BSc.

Had a lot of troubles in my past, my GPA is not worth a dime.
Going for my third year right now, I understand that
any pre-med / PhD / PsyD is out of question.

I'm from Europe and International student in Canada, I'd like to
find a job at the coast area (Toronto, New York, Boston etc.),
have some friends + fam there.

What steps do I have to take now, to get a job there in 2 years?
I'm willing to give 110 % and I'm also on meds for PTSD now,
fully functioning finally.

Internships, tests, general health courses in the summer? Summer classes?
Would I even get internships with my screwed GPA ?

I really do need a decent jobs when I'm done, pretty broke and in debt right now, with no Mummy and Daddy to pay for me.

I'm in a BSc program right now, there's a University offering
a B.A. in Psych in a town nearby.

What happens if I start fresh there? Can I?

What happens if I can get my first year erased at my University?
Any things I should know about that?

What happens if I transfer to another University? Will my GPA change?

I got a doctor's statement here in my hometown in Europe
that explains how I was not able
to function due to personal problems, and she even wrote it in decent English.

if you know anything, please let me know. If this thing messes up,
I have nothing left in life, seriously. This study abroad thing is
all I live for and all I make money for.

THANKS ya'll.

You’re asking in the wrong forum - this is for discussion about graduate schools and applicants, not undergraduate issues. So you may not get many helpful responses.

You can’t pretend your first year didn’t happen. To get a job, you need to finish your degree. Simple as that.

If you’re an international student, you can’t simply “get a job” in the United States. You have to apply for a work visa through the INS. I don’t know how Canada works, but I assume they’d require a visa too.
