I'm an 08' Stanford Applicant, and I'm beginning the application process..I want to begin my essay, but I'm not sure where to start.. can anyone help by sending me their personal statements?? I just need some as model essays, and this would be reallyyy helpful. Ofcourse, I can only write about my own experience, but I'd like to know the format and what made your essay special.</p>

<p>I'm sure you can find samples online or in bookstores. I'm not sure that many people will be willing to share their personal statements =/ On the other hand, if you want to bounce some ideas off of us or have a draft you want us to look at, you might find a more receptive audience.</p>
