Alright, so my academic performance since 9th grade has been,
Good -> Very Good -> Bad -> Very good

Now, I don't have a very good reason for drop in my grades in junior year, but I still wish I could show them that once I realized how terrible it was going, I worked very hard and was able to bring my grades back up.

However, I don't know how I should do this.

My school awards a final grade per year. So, I'm allowed to enter only one grade for my senior year and that is the final grade which is obviously IP (In Progress) because I still haven't finished high school. And in the test scores section, I have entered my predicted marks for grade 12 (CBSE External Exam) which are excellent. (These predicted scores were given by my teachers.)

Also, since they don't know about my increased performance in Senior year, they may think that I'm lying about the predicted scores right? Considering my 11th grade marks are the latest marks they can see.

So, is there any way of maybe letting them know of my increase in performance in senior year?

The UC’s WILL often ask a student who they’re not sure of to provide them with a mid-year report. The request is generally made directly to the student through the individual schools’ student portal, so it’s up to the student to monitor this and arrange for it to be sent, before they will make a decision on your file.

Although the application process is bulked together, the reviews are done uniquely by each individual school. That means that if a UC asks to see your 7th semester grades, you will only send it to the requesting school(s), even if you’ve applied to a number of other UC’s.

Although you say your HS only releases one final grade, I feel certain that your counselor will have some process to indicate interim grades that they send out to other schools, as most colleges do require them.
