Washington Univ. in St Louis-low reach
Yale University-Reach
Your obviously a very talented student, but when applying to Harvard/Yale/Stanford is a crapshoot for every one. Best of luck!!

If you are in Texas, then your top 2% rank should make UT Austin and any other Texas public university a safety for admission – but check the net price calculator at each school for a financial aid estimate. (One nuance is that automatic admission based on class rank may not get you into a specific division, though that is typically mentioned mainly in the context of Austin’s engineering division.)

Texas A&M has an automatic scholarship for NMF and NAF:
https://scholarships.tamu.edu/national_scholars/national_merit.aspx

Many of the other schools on your list are reach-for-everyone schools.

Georgetown may be a match, UT presumably a safety if you are instate. Everything else a reach. When school reject 85-93 out of 100 applicants, no one can say who will be the ones admitted vs. the ones rejected. You have excellent record, and that makes you a qualified applicant. But no one here can say more than that.

If you are thinking med school, then you want the least possible debt and highest possible gpa for undergrad. That is not necessarily those schools. If UT is not your instate flagship, take a look at what is and run the net price calculator, investigate automatic merit scholarships at your instate school. You don’t mention finances at all, but that should be the first conversation with your family when discussing colleges.

Good luck.

A quick thought about classes – you mention you might take French – almost every good school wants to see 4 years of foreign language, so dropping in senior year may not be a good idea. The fact that you won french writing contests in high school may mean that you had french in middle school which counts towards your 4 years, but you want to investigate that and make sure you don’t fail to meet the expected course distribution for applicants.

Overall, I would concentrate on identifying some realistic match and safety schools, focusing not on prestige of the school but substantive programs and criteria such as location – do you want urban or rural; curriculum – open or highly structured; large or small. A quick glance at your list shows dramatic differences – Brown has an open curriculum, Chicago and Columbia have core curriculum with strict requirements; Cornell rural, Penn urban.

All reaches except UT-Austin and Northwestern.
