“I wouldn’t want to be living in a country like China in which you don’t need to pay extra tax in goods, but the support you get from the government is nothing more than a rather fake perspiration speech from Hu Jin Tao.”

Still, China is a great country, but yes, I’d rather live somewhere like Canada where you get so many more benefits for paying tax.

I hate Canadiens!
Haha, see what I did there…I have a beef with the Montreal Canadiens and the Canadian Juniors hockey teams (I don’t think it should be legal to hit players from behind, EVER. It isn’t manly, it’s straight up pu$$y…nuff said). But idk about the country itself. Please all listen to “Oh…Canada” by Classified, dank song

That’s Canada’s unofficial anthem aha, CAUSE WE AIN’T SERIOUS UNLESS WE GOTTA BE. See what I did there ;)

@ scales

I’ve broken a few bones and gotten several ailments that were serious enough to get me into the hospital and I walked out the second day as wealthy as I walked in. So my share of payed tax goes towards all that.

Only a fraction of the tax collected goes towards health care. Therefore, that fraction is fair if you think about all the other things that would call for the collected tax. On top of that, that are a lot of cases of tax exemptions.

In fact, I probably would pay for someone else’s health care because hospitality and generosity is what Canadians are known for, no?

I only believe kids should have universal health care. Which here they do. But adults should have to pay. Does that make me selfish that I don’t want to pay for someone’s health care? Maybe, but I’m a Libertarian, so Individualism is the name of the game.

Don’t worry flash. I’m back in Canada now China was cold~

Since I’m back, he’d require a Canadian visa. You know how hard it is for my fellow Chinese citizens to acquire one of those. Yeah that was sarcasm.

It’s like January.8th and my mom just asked me if I wanted to go to Massachusetts for my Deerfield interview LOL. If she asked me earlier, I probably wouldn’t need to do my interviews in China :O

-.- My mom found cheap flights going out of Seattle(I live in Vancouver, Seattle is 2 hours away) to Hartford and I think my whole family is going to Deerfield for my interview(even though I’ve done my interviews with Andover and Hotchkiss in China)…

I don’t even know my SSAT score yet! But I guess it’s a good thing.

She didn’t want to fly out of Vancouver because Air Canada is like 3x more expensive than flying US Airways outta Seattle… She would not have made the decision unless US Airways had cheap tickets. -.- I’m so speechless right now.

I do like Deerfield the best. I guess she read my mind.

It’s so depressing because this will be the first time I’ve been on the American east coast and I won’t be even going to a big city like NY or Boston. (My flight goes through Charlotte, North Carolina.)
