Lets just say I got into Brown, no matter how unlikely it is.

I don’t have a US green card, or citizenship. I am only a Canadian citizen.

After 4 years living in the US as a student,

If I apply to US Medical Schools, will I be considered an International Applicant or a Domestic Applicant. I know a lot of Medical Schools have fewer spots for international applicants and international students generally pay more to go to those schools.

If you are not a US citizen you are an international applicant.

I’ve tried to do some research on medical schools in the US, but a good number of them have no information that I could find for international applicants. Out of the ones that do, some say that they rarely accept international applicants (e.g Tufts), while others say that they international applicants will have to pay their way (e.g Chicago). I believe I can afford to pay my way, but I just want to know if most american medical schools even offer spots to international students or not.

I would repost this into the medical /premed forum. More ppl there who might know answers for you. I do know that in general pre medical students who study in the US are MUCH more likely to get into a US med school than students who are not in the US for undergrad. (I have contact with a Honduran who is in Texas undergrad to get into a US med school.)
