Canadian colleges?

I'm an international (Asian, to be precise) rising senior intending to apply to some top Canadian colleges next year (McGill, Toronto...).

Here's a brief look at my profile:
GPA: 89/100 (not really high in my school - one of the top in my country) (also got a bad Chem score, 69/100)
SAT: 2240 (CR 680, W + M 780)
TOEFL: just taken, expecting 100+
ECs: participated / leader in a few (4-5) projects, MUN conferences (unofficial - students organized), some volunteering
No special awards though

And here are my questions:
1. Do I have any chance with these top colleges? Can I get any kind of entrance / major scholarships?
2. Should I take the SAT II? I heard Canadian colleges emphasize grades and tests, and since my GPA isn't stellar Idk if good SAT II would help, especially since I need some kind of financial aid to be able to attend.

I know that few people here on CC have ever been in my situation, but I would appreciate any help and advice. Thanks!
