I'm not really sure where to post this...but anyway...
In Canada we don't get marked on a 4-point scale, but instead get percentages (which can be converted to letters, but I'm fairly certain an "A" aka 87-94 does not equal 4.0). So just so I can get a better sense of where I stand...can anyone help me with converting my grades to a 4-point scale?

Last year (freshman) my grades were: 86, 89, 93, 94, 95, 95, 95 (half-course), 96, 98, 98 (Average*: 93.7)

This year, my grades are: 90, 92, 96, 96, 97, 98, 100 (half-course), 100, 100 (Average*: 96.4)

*Averages appear a bit off because of the half courses.
