Canadian Students Getting into Dartmouth?

I’m graduating high school in 2021 and Dartmouth looks like a perfect fit school for me. I know it’s hard to get into, especially as a non-US citizen that will require a bit of financial aid (much less than most, though). Let me know tips, tricks and anything else that could help me out (especially about financial aid packages for upper-middle-class families, courses that you took in high school and extra-curricular). Thanks!

use this template as a guideline:

You might want to go look at the “Accepted Dartmouth” threads from previous years.

I’ve looked in a bunch but the problem is that I haven’t seen many/any at all applicants from Canada so I don’t think the info is as reliable

You’re a rising soph? Far too soon to be so focused. Your interests will evolve (and if they don’t, that can be an issue.) You’ve asked others to fill in the blanks, but provide no detail of your own. (After freshman year, there is no real record.)
Get away from looking for a formula (that’s not the thinking they want, either) and learn what Dart says and shows they want to see.

There will be lots of highly competitive applicants from Canada. You need to be among the best. Again, best isn’t asking for tips and tricks from others. It’s in how you pursue academics, stats, and other relevant experiences. You.

If you are a Canadian, another thing to think about is a bachelor’s in Canada, and a Master’s in the US. You can save a ton of money (about $200,000 in our experience) by doing your bachelor’s degree north of the border. This will go a long way to pay for a master’s degree, even with a bit left over. I know multiple people who have done this.
