Canceling an SAT II exam after taking it

Hi,

I was wondering how you would cancel an exam once you take it? I'm considering taking SAT II Bio, and since it's only an extra $8, I might as well give it a shot. Do you just go to the proctor and say you want it canceled? What do they do? Also, once it's canceled, colleges don't know you took it right?

Thanks.

Yes. You fill out a test cancellation sheet, or you can fax a sheet saying you'd like your test scores cancelled.

However, be aware that every subject test will be cancelled - if you felt you did really well on the first, but not so hot on the second and want to cancel, both scores will be thrown out.

and colleges will not see them.

How about AP exams? Does canceling one cancel the rest that you take?

Rane, cancelling an AP score will not affect any other tests you take. However, there's really no point in cancelling an AP exam score, since you can choose to withhold an AP score anyway.
