<p>the whole thing...........Just sent in another one. I did the same thing when i cancelled an SAT 2 score for June 2008</p>
<p>Your request can obviously be typed, but all they need is an actual signature - that is why you can't cancel by phone or email. You should be okay, but if you're really worried, call Customer service to see if your cancel request was processed properly.</p>

<p>if you cancel by fax all you got to do is get the admission ticket, write "i want to cancel my score" and then sign it with a pen properly and send it in. u don't send in the cancellation request form unless u cancel ur score on the day of the exam.</p>
