Cancelled scores

So, I was supposed to take my third subject test today and long story short, I cancelled my scores bc I got food poisoning and spent 70% of the test trying not to puke and 30% actually taking the test (dumb, I know). I thought we had to wait until the end to cancel scores, so the proctor didn’t report it on the SIR. I am wondering if I should send a letter to Georgetown explaining this because I’ve heard that if you don’t submit all three then you should explain it. But I’m like 90% sure it’ll sound like I’m just whining or making up excuses so I’m not sure if I should?
