<p>Is this the "High School Code" on your registration ticket under High School Information? You need to physically write the score cancellation up on a piece of paper and fax it to them? Just making sure. </p>

<p>I think high school code is the test center number, but i took the sat II's at my high school so it was the same code anyway. and yes, you have to write it on a sheet of paper and fax it over.</p>
