Cannot activate myWM account

<p>I can't activate my account because it says the user id and password did not validate. I called the admissions office and the person said I should wait until April. However, I recieved an email from the financial aid dept saying that I should login in to view my aid statement. </p>

<p>What should I do?</p>

Make sure you pay attention to capital letters if there are any in the ID or password.

We tried halloimzak’s advice above but it still has not worked. I guess we will call again tomorrow.</p>

<p>You must enter your username and password as printed at the bottom of your admission letter which was mailed to you. The username and password are case sensitive.</p>
