Cannot log into Stanford Axess?

<p>I was accepted to Stanford class of 2018 for the regular round, and I want to accept the offer, so created the SUNet ID and password. After that I got the authentication code (printed version). Then I tried to log into Axess, and I typed in my ID and password, and the authentication code, but an Error page comes up. It says: </p>

<p>We apologize for the problems you're experiencing logging into Axess. Will you please submit a helpsu (HelpSU) ticket so we may assist you?</p>

<p>Do I have to request for help? Does anyone know what I did wrong or what I should do? Thanks</p>

<p>I had the same problem yesterday, but I tried again this morning and it was working fine. I think it was just a server or website problem, not our faults!</p>
