<p>did you copy and paste the ID? sometimes that has an effect.</p>
<p>Here's what I did to get it to work:
Instead of clicking on the link in the e-mail (that only brought me to their online webmail system), I copy-pasted the link from the e-mail, which brought me to the survey.
On a Mac, using Firefox, FYI.</p>
<p>yeah i was having problems, then i followed some of the instructions from the posters above...i just copy and pasted the link and typed out the ID (mac-safari)</p>
