Can't Pay Deposit: Shows No Fees

A few weeks ago, my daughter officially accepted ED. We did the parent/student signature and were about to pay the $950 deposit but link kept timing out. We saw amount and knew we had until tomorrow to pay. A few days ago, she got info for housing and such through MySlice and email notification. I logged on to pay the deposit just now and it says NO FEES DUE. No mention of $950. Anyone know what happened? Anyone in same situation? I hate not to pay on due date (it is tomorrow, correct?) and even have a chance of her losing her spot. (And my belief was no housing info would be forthcoming until deposit paid so we were surprised to get that email on Friday.

this topic has come up in the accepted students’ chat . We believe that it may be apart of the financial aid package. The financial aid office decided to waive some of the fees for certain students .

Thanks so much for your helpful and speedy reply. Truly appreciated. Can you direct me to that thread? My daughter will have to read through it. There isn’t any mention anywhere on her My Slice that is was waived. Just shows no fees paid, none needed. Fingers crossed you are correct! A huge help. Again, thank you!

I have the same exact “problem”. Perhaps we should contact the office to ensure there’s no problem?
